Upon inventor's request Ukraine's Center of Hygiene and Scientific Research released the opinion concerning hygienic characteristics of the tonics for hair restoration REMOLANTM. Tests of the said remedies have been carried out in compliance with the Sanitary Regulations 2.2.9.027-99 СанПиН 2.2.9.027-99 (Ukrainian Technical Specifications), "Medical Cosmetics Manual", edited by P. Mikhaylov, "Reference Book for Testing and Approval of New Cosmetics", No. 675-67, procedures, recommended by the licensing authority.

Several groups of volunteers, ranging a lot as to their skin sensibility, have been involved in the testing of REMOLANTM, hair loss remedies.
As a result, it was found out, that hair tonics REMOLANTM have no irritant or sensibilizing action, and meet the hygienic requirements for the relevant type of cosmetic products sanitary regulations - ДСанПиН 2.2.9.027-99 (Ukrainian Technical Specifications).
